    What is the difference between Infinita, Singular Café Singular, and Inicial?

    The difference between our four fares is based on the arrangement and comfort of the seats, the coach and level of service associated with each fare:

    • ⦁  Infinita: highly comfortable seats in coaches 1 and 2 with the option for Bistro dining and two levels of flexibility .
    • ⦁  Singular Café: highly comfortable seats in coach 3 with tables to work at while travelling and two levels of flexibility.
    • ⦁  Singular: comfortable seats in coaches 4 and 5 with great flexibility.
    • ⦁  Inicial: comfortable seats in coaches 6, 7 and 8 with great flexibility.

  2. Buy tickets

    Where can I buy tickets?

    You can buy ticket directly through our website (www.iryo.eu), at your travel agent or and the Casas iryo  at the stations.

    How can I buy tickets with Iryos (points ot the Loyalty Program)?

    To use your iryos to buy your ticket, first you must register on our website. Once you have done this, when you have searched for and selected your trip, at the checkout you will find and option which allows you to choose your payment method. You can pay by credit or debit card, with your iryos or a combination of the two.

    How can I purchase a ticket with a discount code?

    In the same process of buying on the website, at the end, you have the option to include your discount code.

    Where can I request an invoice?

    When you have finished your purchase online, an option to request an invoice will be available. The invoice must be requested through the Call Center.

  3. Manage changes

    Do I have to pay to change a ticket?

    How can I change the date of a ticket?

    To change the date of a ticket, you must contact our Customer Service on 910 150 000.

    Can I change the name of a passenger?

    Name changes on a ticket are not permitted. You may only correct or modify the name on the ticket in the event that it has been entered incorrectly by mistake.

    To do so, you must contact our customer service on 910 150 000 or go to one of our Casas iryo  at a station.

    Can I change the ticket type?

    If you have already purchased your ticket and would like to change the fare type, you can do so by contacting our customer service on 910 150 000 or going to one of our Casas iryo  at a station.

    Can I change seat?

    A seat will be designated for you by default, so you cannot change it.

  4. Cancel tickets

    Can I get my money back if I cancel a ticket?

    All our fares are flexible and can be changed at least once. If you really need to cancel a ticket, the refund is made in the same form of payment used in the purchase process.

    until when can I cancel a ticket at no cost?
