All our fares are FLEXIBLE and allow UNLIMITED changes

Here are all our fares that adapt to you at a glance.

(1) Changes and refunds can be made through the iryo app if the purchase was made by a registered user. They can also be made by ringing Customer Service on 910 150 000 from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., or in station offices: “Iryo spaces”. Permitted changes/refunds can be made up to 30 minutes before the train is scheduled to depart. If you wish to make a change less than 30 minutes before the train is scheduled to depart, the same conditions as those for changes made after missing a train will apply. Under no circumstances shall the refund be processed if it is requested less than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train (2) E.g. If you are travelling on 25 November, you can only change the time on that day. (3) Changes can be made by ringing Customer Service on: 910 150 000 from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., or in station offices: “Iryo spaces”. (4) If the Infinita Bistró and/or Infinita Bistró Open Fare is cancelled less than 24 hours before the departure of the train, a penalty of 30% will be applied.
