What are the differences between the Inicial, Inicial Superior, Infinita, and Infinita Bistró fares?
iryo’s four fares are structured into two comfort zones – Inicial and Infinita – and each level adds more benefits as you go up:
• Inicial: the most competitive, allowing you to travel in full comfort at the best price. Includes hand luggage and cabin luggage.
• Inicial Superior: adds flexibility for adapting to changes typical of business travel and includes exclusive corporate benefits, such as free same-day schedule changes and access to loyalty programs. Includes hand luggage and cabin luggage, as well as the option to bring a large suitcase for an additional cost of €10.
• Infinita: designed for those seeking greater comfort, with XL leather seats and extensive onboard services. Includes hand luggage and cabin luggage, as well as the option to bring one large suitcase at no cost with prior reservation.
• Infinita Bistró: the most complete experience, including onboard gastronomy served directly at your seat. Includes hand luggage, cabin luggage and one large suitcase.

Do the Inicial, Inicial Superior, and Infinita fares include meal service?
No, the Inicial, Inicial Superior, and Infinita fares do not include meal service.
In all of them, customers can purchase the Market Menu when buying their ticket for an additional cost. They can also enjoy the Haizea gastronomic offer in the café area or via the Mobile Bar, with a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and coffee.

Can I change the departure time of my trip on the same day at no extra cost?
It depends on the fare you selected:
• Inicial: change with an associated cost (€15 + fare difference if applicable).
• Inicial Superior, Infinita, and Infinita Bistró: allow same-day departure time changes at no extra cost, subject to seat availability.
Changes must be made at least 30 minutes before train departure.

Can I change the date of my trip at no extra cost?
It depends on the fare you selected:
• Inicial: change with an associated cost (€15 + fare difference with the new ticket).
• Inicial Superior, Infinita, and Infinita Bistró: changes are included, only paying the fare difference if applicable.
Changes must be made at least 30 minutes before train departure.

Yes, although conditions vary depending on the fare:
• Inicial: change with a €40 fee.
• Inicial Superior and Infinita: change with a €20 fee.
• Infinita Bistró: change allowed at no extra cost.

What happens if I miss my train?
It depends on the fare:
• Inicial: no option to board another train at no cost.
• Inicial Superior, Infinita: you can board another train up to 2 hours after the scheduled departure with an additional fee of €30.
• Infinita Bistró: you can board another train up to 2 hours after the scheduled departure with an additional fee of €10.

Can I select my seat when buying my ticket?
Conditions depend on the fare:
• Inicial, Inicial Superior, and Infinita: seat selection costs €5.
• Infinita Bistró: seat selection included at no extra cost.

Can I travel with my pet on all iryo trains?
Yes, pets are allowed on all iryo trains as long as they meet the established conditions.
• Pets weighing up to 10 kg must travel in a carrier with maximum dimensions of 60x35x35 cm. It cost €10 per journey for all fares except Infinita Bistró, which includes them at no extra cost.
• Traveling with larger dogs is also possible: if your dog weighs more than 10 kg, it may travel without a carrier by booking in advance at 910 150 000. The ticket for large dogs costs €40. About Quiet Coach

What is iryo’s Quiet Coach?
The Quiet Coach is a new area on our trains designed to guarantee maximum rest, relaxation and concentration during your journey. It is located in coach number 8 of our fleet.

On which routes and dates is it available?
This new option will be available for travel from 15 June 2026 on all high-speed routes and destinations operated by iryo, for both leisure and business trips.

How can I book a seat in the Quiet Coach?
Booking can be done easily through all of iryo’s usual sales channels: website, official app and other authorised channels. During the purchase process, it will appear identified as the Quiet Coach fare, maintaining the same features as the Inicial Superior fare, except for the access conditions.

Can children, babies or groups travel in this coach? What about pets?
No. In order to preserve the atmosphere of silence and concentration that characterises this space, access is reserved exclusively for adults. For this reason, children under 13 years old and babies are not allowed. Nor is the sale of train tickets for groups enabled, and pets may not access the coach.

Is the Quiet Coach signposted inside the train?
Yes. Coach 8 will be clearly identified as the Quiet Coach both outside and inside the train to make access easier.

Can I access the Quiet Coach if I have a ticket for another coach?
No. Access to coach 8 is reserved exclusively for passengers with a Quiet Coach ticket.

What are the rules of conduct in the Quiet Coach?
To guarantee the comfort of all passengers, the following rules must be followed on board coach 8:
- Devices on silent mode: all electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets or computers) must remain silenced.
- No phone calls allowed: it is not permitted to make phone calls or use voice communication devices.
- Headphones required: any audio or video content must be listened to with headphones and at a moderate volume that does not disturb other passengers.
- Respect the silent environment: the general silence must be respected, avoiding noise and avoiding conversations.

What happens if the rules are not respected in the Quiet Coach?
Our on-board staff will ensure compliance with the rules of conduct to guarantee you a comfortable and peaceful experience during your journey.

Is there a catering service in the Quiet Coach?
Yes. Quiet Coach passengers will still be able to enjoy our gastronomic offering via trolley. The mobile bar service will continue to be provided in coach 8, always respecting the atmosphere of tranquillity and rest that characterises this space.

Is iryo Empresas available for all fares?
The iryo Empresas program is aimed at large corporations and SMEs that contract a minimum volume of trips. To join, they must consult their travel agent or write to [email protected]. Once enrolled in the program, exclusive benefits apply to the fares Inicial Superior, Infinita, and Infinita Bistró, specially designed to meet the needs of corporate travel.

Do corporate fares include onboard meal service?
Onboard meal service is only included in the fare Infinita Bistró, with menus and drinks served at the seat.
For the fares Inicial, Inicial Superior, and Infinita, corporate travelers may book the Market Menu when purchasing their ticket for an additional cost or enjoy the Haizea gastronomic offer during the trip in the café area or via the Mobile Bar, with a wide selection of drinks, snacks, and coffee.

What additional benefits does Club Yo Empresas offer employees of participating companies?
• 3% earned in iryos for every trip.
• 30% discount on one ticket and 50% on another starting from the second year of membership.
• Ability to redeem iryos for El Corte Inglés and Amazon gift cards or convert them into points for other loyalty programs.

How are bookings and changes managed when several employees travel at once?
Date and time changes must be managed directly with the travel agency that issued the tickets.
In addition, companies have access to a dedicated support line, available 7 days a week, to quickly and personally resolve small adjustments such as seat or menu selection.
