  1. Onboard services

    Is there a café service on the train?

    Yes. There is a café service in the third coach where drinks and wide selection of tapas and high quality dishes are available, as well as a wide selection of drinks and the best coffee.

    Is food served on board?

    Yes. There are several options if you wish to eat on board the train:

    • - With Infinita Bistro you will be able to enjoy a full menu and you will be able to choose it as long as you do so 24 hours before the departure of your train. This type of dining service will be served by our attendants directly to your seat.
    • - With Singular, you can select market food by selecting an option and adding it during the purchase process. Our assistants will bring your selected menu to your seat, and then you can acquire drinks and coffee as an extra.
    • - With Initial, drinks and snacks will be available in the café or at the on board sales offered by the attendants along coaches 5 to 8.

    Is there Wi-Fi on the trains?

    Yes. There is an open network with which you can work comfortably or watch content.

  2. Children

    If I travel with children, what should I take into account?

    Babies and children aged 0-3 years age at the time of the first boarding will travel free of charge without occupying a seat. There are baby changing stations in all the toilets on the train.

    Children between 4 and 13 years of age travel at a reduced price according to the fare for minors available on sales channels.

    Minors aged between 14 and 18 pay a standard fare.

    The COMPANY does not offer an unaccompanied minor travel service. Minors up to 18 years of age should always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

    Minors always travel under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

  3. People with reduced mobility

    Are there seats for people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, there are 2 seats for persons with reduce mobility in coach 3.

    And if I am travelling with an assistant?

    When a person with reduced mobility is assisted by an companion, the company shall make all reasonable efforts to offer them seats next to one another.

  4. Pets

    A maximum of one pet or domestic animal per person whose weight does not exceed 10 kilos is permitted.

    Pets must remain inside their travel cage throughout the entire journey, The travel cage must not exceed the following measurements: 60x35x35cm.

    They must be identified with their corresponding chip and properly documented. (Individual Animal Identification System, SIIA) and with a up to date health card.

    The pet must be vaccinated and wormed, according to the rules at the journey origin and destination. The custody and guarding of pets or domestic animals shall be the sole responsibility of their owners/carriers.

    Pet transport comes at an additional cost and must be paid for before the trip.

    Attendants may move the animal and its owner to another part of the train at the request of another passenger, or take such action as they deem appropriate in the circumstances if they consider that a conflict, nuisance or threat is taking place.

    There is no additional cost for guide dogs and assistance dogs, they are not subject to weight nor transport restrictions, and may travel with their owner.
