How can I purchase and redeem my travel pass?
Create an account with iryo and log in. Go to "services & rates", enter the "Travel Pass" section, click "Buy" and complete the purchase process for your travel pass.
Once your purchase is complete, go to "Manage your booking". There you will find a new tab called "My passes". Open it to select your departure point, destination and travel date to redeem your ticket. Continue the process and you will receive your ticket associated with the travel pass.
What options can I purchase?
There are two options: Gran Confort, in Infinita cabin with XL seats in a 2+1 configuration, and Confort, in Inicial cabin with seats in a 2+2 configuration.
How many trips does the travel pass include?
It includes 10 trips on the selected route.
Can I use the travel pass on any day?
Yes. There are no blackout dates, so you can use your trips on any day of the week.
How long is the travel pass valid for?
It is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes, seat selection is included free of charge. You can choose between Infinita cabin, with a 2+1 configuration and XL seats, or Inicial cabin, with a 2+2 configuration.
Seat selection is available after redeeming the ticket. In "Manage your booking", go to "Tickets" and select the "Change" button. Finally, select your preferred seat from the available options under "Change seat".
Can I add extras to my ticket?
Yes, extras can be added after redeeming the ticket. In "Manage your booking", go to "Tickets" and select the "Add extras" button. Finally, select the extra from the available options.
Is the travel pass nominative?
Yes. It is nominative and can only be used by the passenger whose details appear on the purchase.
Can I check the balance of my travel pass?
Yes. In "Manage your booking", go to "My passes" and select the travel pass. There you will find the remaining balance.
Can I change a trip after booking it?
Yes. To make a change, cancel the issued ticket and redeem the travel pass again to issue a new ticket.
To cancel the issued ticket, log in to iryo, go to "Manage your booking" and select the "Cancel booking" button.
To issue the new ticket, go to "Manage your booking". In the tab called "My Passes", select the departure point, destination and travel date to redeem your ticket. Continue the process and you will receive your ticket associated with the travel pass.
Can I cancel a ticket purchased with the travel pass?
Yes. Tickets issued with the travel pass can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the train's departure. The cancelled trip will be returned to your travel pass ticket balance so that you can use it again.
To cancel the issued ticket, log in to iryo, go to "Manage your booking" and select the "Cancel booking" button.
Can I access my booking without logging in?
Yes. In "Manage your booking", go to "My passes" and enter the travel pass code and passenger's surname.
Can I import an iryo travel pass?
Yes. In "Manage your booking", go to "My passes" and enter the travel pass code and passenger's surname.
Can I import tickets redeemed from the travel pass?
Yes. In "Manage your booking", go to "Tickets" and enter the passenger's surname and booking reference. Alternatively, you can enter the travel date and booking reference.
