1. Organisation:

Intermodalidad de Levante, S.A. (hereinafter, “iryo” or “the Company”), with NIF No. A-98728611, with business address for the purposes of this promotion at Calle Méndez Álvaro,53, Edificio Boreal, 6ª planta, 28045, Madrid    

Booking.com B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Booking.com"), with Dutch identification number NL805734958B01, with registered office for the purposes of this promotion at Oosterdokskade 163, 1011 DL, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Purpose of the promotion:

The purpose of the promotion is to enable you to earn iryo Club Yo points by booking accommodation with Booking.com.

3. Date of validity for the promotion: 

The promotion will run indefinitely from 23.01.2025.

Iryo and Booking.com reserve the right to amend, cancel and/or suspend the promotion at any time and for any reason. 

4. Participation in the promotion:

Any customer who is a member of iryo's Club Yo and who makes an accommodation booking through Booking.com is eligible to participate in the promotion. 

If the customer is not a member of Club Yo, they must register free of charge on the following website https://iryo.eu/es/club-yo which will require acceptance of the Club Yo terms and conditions.

Once the customer accesses Booking.com, via a link on iryo's website such as https://www.booking.com/?aid=2429671 , any booking you make will be made in accordance with Booking.com's terms and conditions, and any personal data you provide to Booking.com will be treated in accordance with its data protection policy.  

The booking is made directly between the client and Booking.com, without any intermediation on the part of iryo, so to solve or clarify any incident of the booking the client must contact Booking.com customer service directly.

5. Application of the promotion

Once registered in Club Yo, the customer must enter their membership number (which is available within their Club Yo profile) when finalising the booking of an accommodation with Booking.com via the web link provided for this purpose. 

The customer will earn iryos points based on the amount spent on accommodation bookings on Booking.com. The number of iryos to be earned per euro spent will be published on Booking.com. Iryo and Booking.com reserve the right to increase or reduce the number of iryos points earned per euro spent. This modification will be duly publicised. 

The calculation of iryos points is based solely on the price of the booking, excluding any additional fees or charges for the accommodation.

The customer will not receive iryos points for accommodation bookings made on Booking.com outside of the Booking.com link provided. 

Nor will the customer receive iryos points if the booking is not executed or if it is cancelled. The iryos points are only awarded after the end of the stay. 

The customer will receive the points in their Club Yo profile within a maximum of two months after their stay. 

iryo points will have an expiry date 12 months after being added. Once this period of time has passed, they will be discounted from the customer account without the possibility of being neither reassigned nor redeemed.

6. Limitation of the promotion

The promotion only applies to accommodation booked through Booking.com. It does not apply to other products or services offered by Booking.com, such as flight bookings, car hire, tourist attraction bookings or taxi service bookings. 

7. Acceptance of the terms

Participation in this Promotion implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, and any manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of the same will imply the exclusion of the participant.

9. Applicable laws

The law applicable to this promotion is Spanish law. 

10. Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or application of these legal terms, the participants submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, without prejudice to any applicable jurisdiction corresponding by law. 
 

Promotion Terms and Conditions for the ““Verano Joven” Programme of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility”.

The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility has approved discounts of up to 90% to enable young people born between 1 January 1996 and 31 December 2008, who hold Spanish nationality or are foreign nationals legally resident in Spain, to travel by public transport this summer, both in Spain and across Europe.

For commercial high-speed services, the discount will be 50% of the total ticket price, up to a maximum of 30 euros per ticket and journey.

This measure is set out in Royal Decree-Law 14/2026 of 9 June, on measures to promote the use of collective public transport by young people for journeys made during the 2026 summer period.

In accordance with this regulation, the discounts will apply to single and return train tickets with travel dates between 1 July and 30 September 2026.

1. How does it work?

To be eligible, you must register by clicking here, at least 24 hours before making your first purchase, so that compliance with the eligibility requirements can be verified. After registering, you will receive a code that must be provided during the purchase process to confirm the ticket purchase with the discount.

Steps to follow when purchasing tickets:

1.1) Go to the ticket search page and select "Add discount card" before starting your search. You'll find it above the "Search" button.

1.2) Search your tickets. Immediately afterwards, a notice called "Discount cards" will appear, where you can select "Verano Joven 2026".

1.3) In the “Passengers” section, enter the code provided by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility and complete your purchase.

2. Purpose of the Promotion.

The purpose of the “Verano Joven 2026 Programme of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility” promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is to enable young people aged between 18 and 30 to travel by high-speed transport during the summer of 2026.

3. Requirements.

Only final consumers who are natural persons, born between 1 January 1996 and 31 December 2008, may take part in the promotion. Spanish nationality or foreign nationality with legal residence in Spain is an essential requirement.

4. Beneficiaries and travel period.

Young people aged between 18 and 30. Spanish nationals and foreign nationals legally resident in Spain, in the latter case, born between 1 January 1996 and 31 December 2008. Travel may take place during the period from 1 July to 30 September 2026.

5. Promotional mechanics.

The discount will be 50% of the total ticket and journey price, up to a maximum of 30 euros per ticket, and will apply on all routes and to all flexible single and return tickets. In the case of return bookings, they may be combined with each other when making a purchase.

6. General provisions.

a. In the event of cancellation of the purchase, it shall be subject to the fare cancellation conditions defined in the General Conditions of Purchase. Such cancellation will result in automatic exclusion from the Promotion, with the refund (where applicable) of the amount paid for the purchase being made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In the case of bookings with more than one passenger, the cancellation of an individual passenger from the ticket is permitted through the management channels made available by iryo for this purpose.

b. Changes are permitted in accordance with the fare conditions defined in the Conditions of Purchase, but will result in automatic exclusion from the Promotion if the travel date does not fall within the included travel period.

The price difference between the amount initially paid and the amount in force when the change is made must be paid (where the new ticket has a higher price than the original and where the fare purchased does not allow a free date change).

For changes to fares higher than the fare booked, the fare difference between the fare paid and the fare in force at the time of upgrade must be paid. Supplements included in the original ticket are excluded from the fare difference. Likewise, for changes to fares lower than the fare booked, no refund of any kind or in any format will be made, and the passenger waives the right to make any claim for the remaining amount.

c. In the event of missing the train, the conditions defined for each fare in the Conditions of Purchase shall apply.

7. Misuse and control of issued tickets.

Failure to cancel one or more tickets for a booked journey when that journey is not going to be made shall be considered misuse. Failure to cancel a booked and unused journey at least 24 hours in advance shall be considered misuse. If the user is unable to travel, they must cancel the ticket at least 24 hours in advance through iryo’s usual channels, including the following email address: [email protected].

At the same time, a ticket may not be used by any person other than the registered beneficiary.

It is not permitted to book two or more tickets that would require the same passenger to make two or more journeys simultaneously. iryo reserves the right to cancel all tickets whose use would entail the simultaneous completion of several journeys by the same passenger. iryo will refund the purchase amount of the tickets to the same payment method by which they were purchased. It is not permitted to book more than one return journey per day for the same origin and destination, except in cases where the journey has previously been made or cancelled.

All practices carried out and considered “misuse” will be notified to the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility for analysis. The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility may temporarily block the code of those passengers who have misused it on more than three occasions.

8. Personal data protection.

In accordance with the regulations in force on personal data protection, the processing of the personal data you have provided to us when participating in the Promotion shall be governed by the following:

• Data controller: Intermodalidad de Levante, S.A.

• Purpose of processing: To manage participation in the Promotion after entering the code received from the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.

• Legal basis for processing: The legal basis that legitimises iryo to process your personal data is the consent given by completing and submitting the code to participate in the Promotion.

• Retention of personal data: The personal data of participants collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be retained by iryo for the time necessary to manage the Promotion. Once it has ended, the data collected for the proper operation of the Promotion will be deleted from iryo’s databases.

• Recipients and international transfers: iryo will not disclose the personal data processed to any third party, except when essential for the proper operation of the Promotion or when required by an administrative and/or judicial authority. Nor will international data transfers to third countries be carried out.

• Rights of data subjects: The legislation recognises a series of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. You may therefore access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request portability and withdraw the consent given by email to [email protected] or by post to Calle Méndez Álvaro, 53, Edificio Boreal, 6th floor, 28045 Madrid, indicating “Exercise of rights regarding personal data processing” in the “Subject” line and including your name and national ID number. In any case, you may also contact the AEPD through its website, www.aepd.es.

9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety; therefore, any statement of non-acceptance thereof shall result in the participant’s exclusion from the Promotion.

10. Deposit of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion Terms and Conditions will be available at www.iryo.eu.

11. Applicable law.

The law applicable to this Promotion is Spanish law.

12. Jurisdiction.

Las empresas organizadoras del sorteo INTERMODALIDAD DE LEVANTE, S.A. (A98728611) con domicilio a efectos del presente sorteo en Calle Méndez Álvaro, 53, Edificio Boreal, 6ª planta (28045 Madrid) (en adelante, IRYO) y MAHOU, S.A. (A28078202), con domicilio social en Calle Titán, 15, 28045 Madrid (en adelante, “MAHOU”). organizan con fines promocionales el sorteo denominado “SORTEO DEGUSTACIÓN MAHOU A BORDO DE IRYO” (en adelante, “la Promoción”) de ámbito nacional, a desarrollar a través de Instagram, exclusivo para usuarios residentes en España (Península e Islas) y mayores de edad, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el apartado de condiciones para participar. 

2.-FECHA DE INICIO Y FECHA DE FINALIZACIÓN 

La Promoción se iniciará el lunes 07 de septiembre de 2026 a las 14:00 h, y finalizará el sábado 12 de septiembre de 2026 a las 23.59 h. cualquier participación que tenga lugar fuera del periodo de participación no se tendrá en cuenta. 

3.- REQUISITOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN Y MECÁNICA DE LA PROMOCIÓN 

Los requisitos y la mecánica de participación serán los siguientes: 

- Podrán participar aquellas personas que residan en España (Península e Islas) y sean mayores de 18 años. 

- Podrán participar aquellas personas que tengan una cuenta de Instagram que no sea una cuenta falsa o fraudulenta. 

- Sólo podrán participar aquellos participantes que: 

1. Sigan a la cuenta de @iryo.eu 

2. Den like (me gusta) al post indicado, y 

3. Mencionen en comentarios a una persona diferente con una cuenta real en IG. 

- Los Participantes podrán acumular cuantas participaciones quieran siempre y cuando mencionen a personas diferentes en la publicación indicada.

- Se podrá participar desde el Instagram de iryo: @iryo.eu 

4.- CONDICIONES DE LA PROMOCIÓN Y PREMIOS 

Se elegirá un único ganador mediante sorteo, que se celebrará el domingo 13 de septiembre de 2026 a partir de las 11:00 h. 

El ganador obtendrá como premio: 

Dos (2) billetes de ida y vuelta con iryo entre Madrid y Barcelona, correspondientes al ganador y a un acompañante. 

Una degustación de Mahou a bordo de iryo para dos (2) personas, que tendrá lugar el 22 de septiembre de 2026 en uno de los servicios específicamente designados por IRYO para dicha acción. 

El ganador y su acompañante deberán ser mayores de 18 años para poder participar en la degustación. 

El ganador podrá iniciar el viaje tanto desde Madrid como desde Barcelona. Uno de los trayectos que integren el viaje deberá realizarse obligatoriamente el 22 de septiembre de 2026, coincidiendo con uno de los servicios de iryo en los que tendrá lugar la degustación de Mahou. El horario concreto del servicio en el que el ganador y su acompañante disfrutarán de la degustación será comunicado por IRYO al ganador y estará condicionado a los servicios habilitados para la acción. El trayecto de vuelta podrá realizarse en una fecha distinta al 22 de septiembre de 2026 y estará sujeto a la disponibilidad de plazas, fechas y horarios de IRYO. El ganador y su acompañante deberán realizar conjuntamente el trayecto correspondiente a la degustación. 

Los billetes de iryo estarán sujetos a disponibilidad de plazas, fechas y horarios, así como a las condiciones de transporte y contratación aplicables por IRYO. El premio no incluye ningún otro concepto no especificado expresamente en las presentes Bases Legales, incluyendo, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, traslados hasta o desde las estaciones, alojamiento, dietas, desplazamientos urbanos o interurbanos, gastos personales, seguros, actividades adicionales o cualquier otro producto o servicio adicional. La selección del ganador y de los suplentes se realizará de manera aleatoria a través de la plataforma WaskSorteos. 

Esta plataforma garantiza la transparencia del resultado del sorteo y, como prueba de ello, emite un certificado de validez para cada uno de sus sorteos, cuyo resultado es inalterable por parte de los organizadores y puede ser solicitado por cualquier usuario participante. Tras la realización del sorteo, IRYO anunciará a la persona ganadora el 13 de septiembre de 2026 a través de la publicación correspondiente al sorteo y de sus stories de Instagram. 

Asimismo, IRYO se pondrá en contacto con el ganador mediante mensaje privado a través de Instagram para informarle del resultado e indicarle el procedimiento de aceptación y canje del premio. El ganador deberá facilitar los datos necesarios y confirmar la aceptación del premio en el plazo que se le indique en dicha comunicación. En caso de no recibir respuesta dentro del plazo indicado, de renuncia expresa al premio o si el ganador no cumpliera los requisitos establecidos en las presentes Bases Legales, IRYO podrá dejar sin efecto la adjudicación del premio y contactar con un suplente. El premio no será canjeable por dinero, otros productos o servicios distintos a los expresamente incluidos en el mismo. 

5.- LIMITACIONES 

Si se evidenciase que cualquiera de los Participantes no cumple con los requisitos exigidos en las presentes Bases Legales, o que los datos proporcionados para participar no fueran válidos o veraces, su participación se considerará nula y quedará automáticamente excluido de la Promoción, perdiendo todo derecho sobre el premio otorgado en virtud de la misma. 

No podrán participar en la Promoción las siguientes personas: 

(i) Los trabajadores por cuenta ajena empleados en cualquiera de las sociedades y otras entidades con personalidad jurídica vinculadas a IRYO o MAHOU. 

(ii) Las personas físicas que participen directa o indirectamente en el capital de IRYO o MAHOU. 

(iii) Cualquier otra persona física que haya participado directa o indirectamente en la organización de este sorteo o haya estado involucrada directa o indirectamente en su preparación o desarrollo, incluyendo agencias, proveedores o colaboradores. 

El acompañante del ganador deberá ser igualmente mayor de 18 años, al incluir el premio una degustación de bebidas alcohólicas. El premio entregado no será susceptible de cambios, alteraciones o compensaciones a petición de los Participantes y no podrá ser canjeado por dinero ni por cualquier otro producto o servicio. IRYO se reservan el derecho, si concurre justa causa y previa comunicación en legal forma, de efectuar cualquier cambio, suspender, cancelar o ampliar esta Promoción. 

Correrán por cuenta y cargo del ganador las cargas fiscales o tributarias que la aceptación del premio pudiera suponerle, así como cualquier otro gasto derivado de la Promoción que no esté expresamente asumido por IRYO o MAHOU en las presentes Bases Legales. Se establece un plazo de QUINCE (15) días naturales desde la fecha de concesión del premio para efectuar cualquier reclamación motivada. IRYO se reserva, en caso de obligada necesidad, el derecho de sustituir el premio por otro de características y valor similares. 

6.- PUBLICACIÓN DE COMENTARIOS U OPINIONES 

No se permitirán comentarios u opiniones cuyo contenido se considere inadecuado, que sean ofensivos, injuriosos o discriminatorios o que pudieran vulnerar derechos de terceros. Tampoco se permitirán comentarios contra un particular que vulneren los principios de derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen. IRYO no se hace responsable de los daños ocasionados por los comentarios que hagan el resto de los participantes en la Promoción, y que en cualquier momento pudieran herir la sensibilidad de otros participantes. 

7.- EXONERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD 

A título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, IRYO no se responsabiliza de las posibles pérdidas, robos, retrasos o cualquiera otra circunstancia imputable a terceros que puedan afectar al desarrollo de la presente Promoción, así como tampoco se responsabiliza del uso que haga el participante respecto del premio que obtenga de esta Promoción, y no asume responsabilidad alguna por ningún daño o perjuicio de cualquier tipo que pudieren sufrir los Participantes, ganador, acompañante o terceros. IRYO no asume la responsabilidad en casos de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que pudieran impedir la realización de la Promoción o el disfrute total o parcial del premio. En caso de que esta Promoción no pudiera realizarse, bien por fraudes detectados en la misma, errores técnicos, falta de disponibilidad de los servicios incluidos en el premio o cualquier otro motivo que no esté bajo el control de IRYO y que afecte al normal desarrollo de la Promoción, IRYO se reserva el derecho a cancelar, modificar, o suspender la misma, incluyendo la página web de participación. 

8.- INSTAGRAM 

La promoción no está patrocinada, avalada, administrada ni asociada en modo alguno a Instagram por lo que los Participantes liberan a la citada red social de toda responsabilidad por los eventuales daños que se deriven de la misma.

9.- PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES 

Las empresas organizadoras del sorteo son INTERMODALIDAD DE LEVANTE, S.A. (A98728611), con domicilio a efectos del presente sorteo en Calle Méndez Álvaro, 53, Edificio Boreal, 6ª planta, 28045 Madrid, y MAHOU, S.A. (A28078202), con domicilio social en Calle Titán, 15, 28045 Madrid. IRYO se toma muy en serio la protección de la privacidad y de los datos personales de los Participantes. Por tanto, la información personal será conservada de forma segura y tratada con el máximo cuidado. De conformidad con lo establecido en la normativa aplicable en materia de protección de datos y, concretamente, en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, cada Participante, mediante la aceptación de estas Bases Legales, consiente que los datos personales facilitados con motivo de su participación en la Promoción sean tratados por IRYO y, en su caso, por MAHOU, para gestionar su participación y, en caso de resultar ganador, comunicar y gestionar la entrega y disfrute del premio. 

Los datos personales de contacto serán utilizados exclusivamente para gestionar la participación en la Promoción y para contactar con el ganador, verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y gestionar el premio. Asimismo, en caso de resultar ganador, los datos personales estrictamente necesarios podrán ser comunicados por IRYO con la única finalidad de gestionar la emisión, reserva, canje y disfrute de los billetes y de la degustación incluida en el premio. 

Dicha comunicación será necesaria para la correcta ejecución de la Promoción y no implicará el uso de los datos para finalidades distintas a las descritas en las presentes Bases Legales. Los Participantes garantizan que los datos personales facilitados son veraces y se hacen responsables de comunicar cualquier modificación de estos. IRYO se reserva el derecho de excluir de la presente Promoción a cualquier Participante que haya facilitado datos falsos. Se recomienda mantener la máxima diligencia en materia de protección de datos mediante la utilización de herramientas de seguridad, no pudiéndose responsabilizar a IRYO ni a MAHOU de sustracciones, modificaciones o pérdidas ilícitas de datos por causas no imputables a dichas entidades. 

Los Participantes tienen derecho a: 

(i) acceder a sus datos personales; 

(ii) solicitar la rectificación de datos inexactos o, en su caso, solicitar su supresión; 

(iii) solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos; 

(iv) oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos; y (v) solicitar su portabilidad. 

Los Participantes podrán ejercer estos derechos respecto de IRYO a través de la dirección de correo electrónico [email protected], indicando el motivo de su petición. Sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso administrativo o acción judicial, el Participante tendrá derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control competente, en particular en el Estado miembro en el que tenga su residencia habitual, lugar de trabajo o lugar de la supuesta infracción, cuando considere que el tratamiento de sus datos personales no se ajusta a la normativa aplicable o no haya visto satisfecho el ejercicio de sus derechos. 

10.- CAMBIOS 

IRYO se reserva el derecho de modificar o ampliar estas bases promocionales, en la medida que no perjudique o menoscabe los derechos de los participantes en la Promoción. 

11.- LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN 

Estas bases legales se regirán de conformidad con la ley española. Serán competentes para resolver cualquier reclamación o controversia que pudiera plantearse en relación con la validez, interpretación o cumplimiento de estas bases los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid.
