The Singular fare includes:

  • ·    Travel in the  Confort highly comfortable seat, which is reclinable with individual armrests, a power source and USB connection.
     
    ·    Free changes to time and day of travel
     
    ·    Changes in date: pay the difference in fare. 24 hour limit before departure for changes in date.
     
    ·    Ticket cancellation: More than 7 days’ notice, 85% refund. Less than 7 days’ notice, 75% refund.
     
    ·    Missed train: If you cannot travel on your train, transfer to the next available train for €30 with a 2 hour limit after the train's departure to obtain a new ticket.
     
    ·    Change in name on ticket permitted for fee of €20.
